Inspired by the tradition in the small towns of Champagne, France, our Ratafia is made by
adding brandy to an unfermented blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir juices. The fortified wine
is then aged in French oak barrels. It develops beautiful golden color and rich viscosity, with delicious
Our J Pear Liqueur is a twice-distilled pear eau-de-vie. It's made from Bosc pears distilled
into a brandy, then infused with de-ionized water (rain water) and liquid sugar. The sugar broadens
the palate and takes away some of the heat, allowing the pear essence to shine though. Other rich characters
explode in the glass, too, like butterscotch, chamomile, vanilla and apple pie. This quaff is especially
delicious with our recipe for J Pear Liqueur Tiramisu!
