All shipments require an adult signature for delivery, therefore we recommend using a business address. For Club J shipments, please notify us two weeks prior to the first of any shipment month to update your account, change your address or cancel your membership. Misdirected shipments and delivery difficulties will result in additional shipping charges. Will-call selections are held at the winery for six weeks after release. If wines are not claimed in that time, they will be carefully packaged and sent to your shipping address on record; shipping charges will be incurred. Membership in Club J is ongoing but may be cancelled at anytime, with written notice. A minimum of two shipments is required to qualify for membership benefits.
